Bahan A (utk direbus):
500g daging
2 biji tomato - dibelah-belah
6 sudu besar sos tomato
1 cawan air
Sedikit garam
beberapa titis pewarna merah ( optional)
Bahan B:
2 ulas bawang putih - dimayang halus
1 labu bawang besar - dihiris halus
4 sudu makan sos tiram
5 helai daun limau purut - dicarik-carik
1/2 cwn sos nampla/ sos ikan siam..( aina tak letak pon sbb takda)
Cara-cara:
- Rebus bahan A sampai daging empuk...Kemudian potong daging nipis2.. sos lebihan rebusan simpan untuk diguna balik.
- Tumis bawang sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan daging tadi dan kacau sebentar..
- Masukkan sos ikan, sos tiram & daun limau purut.. Kacau rata...
- Kemudian masukkan daging dan sos tomato dari lebihan rebusan tadi... Kacau sehingga daging masak...
Mesti cuba... Pasti sedap.....
